Rachele Sprugnoli is an Assistant Professor in General and Historical Linguistics at the University of Parma (Italy), where she teaches General Linguistics and Digital Humanities. Her main academic interests are computational linguistics, corpus linguistics and linguistic annotation of texts. She has been involved in the activities of the CLARIN-IT consortium since 2021. Since 2022, she has been teaching how to use the CLARIN Language Resource Switchboard to students attending the "Digital Tools for Humanists" summer school organized by the University of Pisa (Italy). In 2022, she won the "Teaching with CLARIN Award" for developing the course material called "Natural Language Processing Methods".
