The recordings of the Baltic Summer School of Digital Humanities and of the PARTHENOS CEE Workshop for CEE countries are now available on the VideoLectures.NET platform.


About the Baltic Summmer School of Digital Humanities 

The Baltic Summer School of Digital Humanities is aimed at students and researchers of humanities and social sciences, library and archives professionals. There are no prerequisites for participation, as the course does not require any background in DH computing. The working language of the summer school is English.

The Summer School was organized by joint effort of the National Library of Latvia, Institute of Literature, Folklore and Art (University of Latvia), Faculty of Social Sciences and Faculty of Humanities of the University of Latvia.

About the PARTHENOS CEE Workshop

The objective of the two and a half days PARTHENOS CEE workshop was to foster collaboration between social sciences and humanities researchers in Central and Eastern Europe and the research communities in these fields represented in CLARIN (the Common Language Resources and Technology Infrastructure, involving 25 countries), and in the EU funded PARTHENOS Infrastructure project (16 partners in 9 countries).
