On Tuesday 10 May and Wednesday 11 May a 2-day CLARIN Centre Meeting will be held in Utrecht and will combine:
- a face-to-face centre committee meeting (for committee members and deputies only)
- tutorials
- task forces and ad-hoc meetings
On Thursday 12 May , and CLARIN will co-organize a meeting about community requirements for the EUDAT services. Participants to the centre meeting that are interested can join.

Tuesday evening: guided tour and dinner
Between 17:00 and 18:00 there will be a short guided tour through the city centre, including a visit to the CLARIN premises. Afterwards (18:00) there will be a common dinner at restaurant Gandhi.
